I am

angry. I'm really angry, and I don't know how to express it. I threw my keys on the ground and broke my keyring, then slammed the door shut. Very productive!

How do you deal with being angry?

Swear to myself, go for a walk, punch something, pick a fight, ... anything to release a bit of aggro...

frustratedly laugh at what i'm angry about; seethe quietly to myself until i can find something more joyous to occupy me; punch, throw or kick something as non-destructively (to others) as possible. i never know whether it's a healthy way of dealing with it, or not. best of all, get off my chest what i'm angry about to someone i trust.

Anger management classes?! Worked for me. Failing that, push a child off a tricycle.

I'm still learning. But..

first turn on the filter so you don't spew out horrible words that you with you could take back (but can't really)

then if it's really bad, remove yourself to somewhere a little safer and quieter.

try puching a pillow for a bit, screaming out exactly what you feel--experiement and be really honest. Swear, spew. Take that "filter" off so you're not trying to stop yourself saying things just because they're not true or good or right.

then move on. pick yourself up and dry your eyes and pray about it or blog or journal about it if that helps. In time stuff gets better, at least if you don't bury it.
